NBC olympics coverage

so really looking forward to 100m final tonite but I&#x27;m on the west coast and NBC won&#x27;t show it live, it&#x27;ll be cosily tape delayed so everyone in california can watch in "PrimeTime", nobody here talks to anybody else or goes online or anything, we&#x27;ll wait until NBC packages this, throws in their million commercials and shows the race 3hours later.last time I checked it was 2016, not 1976.#hatenbc

whole thing is ridiculous on air time. I&#x27;m on W coast too and would like to watch. No idea when it&#x27;s on. Tape delay is fine.

how can tape delay be fine for a major sports event shown live in every other country of the world except this one ?I&#x27;m watching it on the BBC, better, informed coverage and no commercials

Tape delay or not, that 100m and 400m were worth the wait.
