I always liked him in Reservoir Dogs. 

In Reservoir Dogs, he taught me what it meant to be a psychopath. He was oft typecast but he handled it with professionalism and never phoned it in. His Dogs character, Vic Vega, was the brother of Travolta's Vincent Vega from Pulp Fiction. In my opinion, Vic was the much better character.

I always thought Virgina was underrated pretty in the slightly chubby way. Her and Joan Cusack.

Really enjoyed his character Sonny Black in Brasco.  He was casted perfectly.

He was pretty laid back as Joe Gage in the Hateful Eight because that was a pretty heavy duty cast right there.

We're talking Sam Jackson, Bruce Dern, Kurt Russell, Tim Roth & red hot Walton Goggins . Loved Jennifer Jason Leigh as smart ass Daisy too.
