Legalized Gambling

Whoever is the next POTUS, they should open up leagalized gambling in America, that way we don't have to deal with over-seas operators, and could keep the money here in the US (if were gonna lose it, might as well lose it here).
Any candidates for this?

There are a whole bunch of people who don't want legalized gambling and I'm not talking anti-gambling factions.

Consider this, what is legally bet on the Super Bowl every year in Vegas is mere chump change compared to what is bet illegally elsewhere.
