Leah Remini and that Scientology show

Question

Is anyone else watching this show on A&E?I realize that all shows can be edited to influence the viewers opinion, but there is some seriously compelling stuff on this show which makes me wonder how the government has not stepped in and done something about this cult.Is anyone on here a scientologist, past or present? While this is doubtful, it would be interesting to hear from a Covers member who was involved in it

My late sister-in-law was. Those people are phucking whacked out man.

I don't expect anything less from a naturally born Floridian. I chalk it up to too much sun exposure.

If you ever visit the Tampa/St Pete area, make a trip to downtown Clearwater. They walk around in black suits in that 90 degree weather. It's really bizarre.

Just another sick fuckking cult. They come and they go, seen it a million times.

Didn't the show mention they were getting hammered by the IRS for a while after losing their non profit status? They did get it reinstated though. I don't see how the IRS isn't all over these freaks. I think they reported on the show they have over 1 billion in reserves. They jump all over my a$$ for a few bucks
