kamikazis on interstate in iowa

Some person in iowa headed down the wrong way of I80 by Waukee at over 100 miles an hour and slammed into a police car.  He died, two policeman died, and a suspect they were moving died.  Car went up in flames.  They havn't identified the person that i know of.  They have the police man and suspect.  Search for wreck by Waukee or something like that and you can find it.

We have the technology to shut car engines down.  Police have been fighting for this quite a while now.  Perhaps it's time has come.
