Things went ok except my first withdraw took 24 hours to get.  Second time things went pretty good a little quicker then lets get to today.

I deposited 50.  Now the first two times I was able to withdraw little at a time right.  I'm talking about playing bj.  I withdrew 8 to 10 times during my session. Well get to today. I ended up with 33. As I was playing I would take 2 or 3.  Sometimes 4 5 6. Confirmed my withdraws.  Got home tonight and all of my withdraws had been cancelled.  My 33 total was back in my account. I contacted support and they said my withdraws were to small.

Keep in mind the site says minimum deposits .001 minimum withdraws .001.

I want to cancel my account please

Betcoin Victor Could please let me know what is the reason for your decision, perhaps we can assist you with something

no im just unhappy I can only withdraw large amounts that is a huge advantage to you guys

i had about 10 withdraws cancelled today because i was told they were to small when i get up 5 6 10 and want to withdraw some of my winnings and can't that is very unfair to the player

at a casino i can cash in 5 10 dollars at blackjack anytime i want

I see. the minimum deposit and withdrawal is 0.001

well i talked to support today you can look at my transactions i had about 10 withdraws totaling 33 they all got returned to my account
so i contacted support and was told my withdraws were to small and they were all cancelled.

i am only allowed to withdraw one large amount it is taking the team to long to look at the transactions

so they cancelled all my withdraws for that reason

at a casino i can cash in a 5 or 10 chip anytime i want the casino doesn't say only large amounts please

its a huge advantage for you guys when you don't let people withdraw a little at at time that's not probablitly fair

Betcoin Victor
I can see you have withdrawn many times in the past and I see our agent asked you if you are ok to make one big withdrawal instead of several smaller ones. If you are not ok with that I will inform our processing team how you feel about this

yea you can tell them i told them earlier my problem is with this is the first two times i deposited and withdrew money i did it in small amounts nothing was said at all
now this third time today i did it and i wasn't allowed

you are trying to bring a disadvantage to the player this is not something that happens at a casino i can go cash a 5 or 10 chip anytime i want or stick it in my pocket until i go to the cashier they never once say well that's to small its gives you a huge advantage against the player

They just told me after that they would keep that in mind.  They are against the player winning anything.  At a casino I can stick something in my pocket or go cash a chip when I want plus there rules state minimum withdraws .001 minimum deposits .001 and they won't allow me to withdraw a total of 33?  They are probability against the player.
