Its hard to feel bad for fanduel or draftkings they started all this banning stuff

Now they know what it is like when someone tells you they can't play anymore.  Fanduel started this war many years ago deciding one day to ban players in Iowa, Arizona, and Washington.  That is when the protests should of started.  I followed every rule on the site for over two year and woke up one morning to fanduel telling me I couldn't play anymore because I was a resident of iowa. 

I think it should be banned in every state it is the furthest thing from legit.  The employees cheat but besides that the games are not based on skill.  You have referees that come out and say games are fixed.  You have all pro quarter backs that admit they cheat.  https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/01/20/aaron-rodgers-likes-his-footballs-overinflated/  Im sorry, if someone uses an overinflated football to get an advantage and someone elses uses a correct ball it doesn't come down to skill it comes down to cheating.  You can figure out what players cheat because they openly admit it and nothing happens.

You have nfl players that come out and say they are told not to score in certain situations.  How is that a game of skill?  Fanduel  is the one that started banning states not the government or law.  You reap what you sew.  This was their wonderful idea now they have lost Nevada and New York and I for one don't feel sorry for them they had this coming.  I hope they are banned in every state and can only be done recreationally.  These games are anything but legit.

I think it's great....   a classic case of 'be careful what you wish for because you just might get it'.     When they bombarded us with 8,000 (actual number) advertisements on the opening weekend of NFL I couldn't wait for this to go under.   Well, they got the attention.... just not the kind that they wanted

Whether they have big investors or not, the rake is very high and they are spending it all on commercials.

They probably took in roughly 1 million in rake this past weekend for the NFL, and a 30 second ad on ESPN is about 20k. 

They are raking in about 30k just on current NBA contests in the lobby at noon on a relatively small 6 game slate.  Wish I had thought of this sh*t

In just the $25 millionaire maker tournament alone which will have total entries of 2,873,550 they are raking out $373,550.  That's one tournament

13% percent rake on that tournament, and the average rake on cash games is around 11%

These rake numbers are over double the house edge on roulette which is considered on of the worst table games you can play in the casino
