Illinois Lottery sending IOUs to winners

Question

Is this states government something or what? Not only is it's major city - Chicago as deadly as Kabul, if you hit the lottery for more than $600 you'll receive an IOU. Things are also going wonderfully for the people owed pensions - they'll get to wait as well.

1. Sacramento2. Detroit3. Chicago tbdLottery revs are huge for each state.  I would guess you can now anticipate an immediate and severe drop in lottery sales in the state of Illinois.  BK is closely around the corner imo.You elect criminals, they steal your money.  This is really sad for me personally.  I used to call Chicago home, but I got out 20 years ago when I saw nothing but corruption and high taxes.  I&#x27;m just surprised it has taken this long.

Well, I played lottery sometimes.  I would buy scratch off tickets and lotto.  But ever since this news that first came out a few months ago I stopped.  Fukk em.  Even multi state games like powerball and Megamillions you won&#x27;t get paid.  I hate this state.  I hate Chicago too even though I live here.

When there is strong demand, prices go up. When there is weak demand, prices go down.

90% of those States inhabitants have probably never traveled outside of State Lines and have no idea they are living in a sh!thole. The other 10% have crossed into a neighboring State and noticed no difference so they simply turned around and went home. Ignorance is bliss.
