Been all over most hospitals in this thread for family. Sloan is probably the best place that'll tell you 100% ya have cancer. Finding top research and treatment to stay alive is different animal. That takes intense research from family an friends.
Personally, if I'm up chit's creek then UCLA is my spot. Top tier research in the U.S.

There is cutting edge health care all over the US... almost every major city has options, but opinions vary
The real answer go where they can help you. Patients that need real help need to be ruthless. That means if your doctor is not helping, you need to go try another. Too many people get all emotional or personal with their doctor. You need to treat them like person. It is called medical practice for a reason.
