In NJ, (not as extreme as Chi-town this year), but similar status quo results in Newark, Camden, Trenton, Jersey City, Atlantic City and Paterson.
Scalabrine is from here too but somehow he doesn't seem to agree with me. Most likely a white guilter that lives far from these cities that will never recover from "white flight"
