If limited... can you do this strat.?

If limited to a low dollar bets. Are you allowed to make as many bets of that dollar amount on a particular bet or if not can you make as many bets as you want on different bets?

From what I gather what you're asking is if your book limits you to let's say $10 a play on markets that you're creaming them on (let's say MLB team totals) and you want to get around this by betting that $10 10 times on the same play then the answer would be no 

Best way around this would be to sign up with multiple books and bet miniscule amounts on the plays you like  flying under the radar so to speak 

A lot of typing or admin or legwork even I suppose but structuring like this is probably the best way
