That is bookies monitoring you in the betting shop via camera placing your bets on the self service betting terminals SSBT's 

Don't know if this is in Vegas on their SSBT's (obviously sportsbooks/betting shops have CCTV cameras ever for security) normally shop managers and staff often have to remember faces of winning punters and restrict them

was so easy to slip in under the radar and place bets incognito in the corner of a shop without them noticing, now getting more difficult especially with cameras linked to head office inbuilt into the machines as shown in the video below

Anyone from the UK will know over the last year or so bookies are going to war with bettors making them show wageslips,bank statements refusing to pay out bets until they get files of paperwork handed over not a bright future for UK punters I must say if this keeps up

Actually all gambling winnings in the UK are tax free     probably one of the few consolations for winning punters at the moment 

actually same guy posted another video where a another bookie ( Betfred I think ) duped a guy into showing ID so they could find out his address and send him a letter saying he was barred from every shop in the country and if he placed a bet and they found out he would his his winnings and stake confiscated

 The first paragraph of that article is the most troubling especially when it mentions ''share information about problem gamblers '' 

What's a problem gambler in their eyes an addict gambling away his paycheck week after week  ?

No it's a consistent winner that's a real 'problem gambler' , for them at least

i think gamblers sees whats going on. the writing is clear. if the books can collude against problem gamblers and theres no clear definition of who those people are it means anyone can get cut off. so whats left for gamblers to do. money that was once available is no longer accessible to them.
