Hypothetical: How much $$$ to spend 1 year of your life in prison?

Saw someone post about a new A&amp;E show coming out where locals spend 60 days in jail and no one knows about it except the film crew and warden.  So it got me thinking,...What would you need to be paid to spend 1 full year of your life in jail?  You would go immediately (no deferments) and would have to spend exactly 365 days there.  What is the minimum amount you would need to go through with it?  It would be cash, tax free and once you&#x27;re out, you are out (no probation etc.)  You would be in a full prison, gen pop and the whole nine yards though.  Ok, go.

No amount of money because I have a good job and family.

But if I were young, poor and single, I'd probably do it for 100K.

A lot of it depends on which prison. Prison in Vermont is probably a lot nicer/easier than gang-infested, overcrowded prisons elsewhere.

5. Million 50g on my account at the facility before .Prison would need to be in the lower 48 States. Any other country 20 million half due before half after.

Depends on several factors. Are we talking about County jail or prison> If prison, or we talking state or federal?

What state would my time be served (NY/CA/TX/NJ gang infested type,or a state like ME/VT/SD/ND)?

Would I have to serve in solitary or gen pop?
