How can Paul Ryan explain how isis was created by Obama and Clinton

I&#x27;ll give Donald Trump some credit he is smarter than i thought he was.  I like the things he has been saying and i thank him for the christmas card he sent my family.  That being said he said the other day he thinks Obama and Clinton created Isis.  Now when Rick Perry or Jeb Bush say he is hurting the party this is what they are talking about.&#xD;&#xA;If Trump wins it will be great.  Whether he wins or loses it&#x27;s a great statement to make for him.  It will help his businesses.  It gets him more publicity.  It keeps him a top the polls.  But if he doesn&#x27;t win he is setting the republican party back 50 years.  Paul Ryan came out today and said Obama needs to focus on defeating isis.  Well according to the republican presidential front runner Obama and Clinton created Isis.  How is he to come out and explain that to the american people?

Basically we left Iraq high and Dry. isis filled the power void.Hillary nor Obama didn&#x27;t directly build isis organization for this when leaked would destroy their authority.they allowed isis to take more and more territory they didn&#x27;t directly bomb isis oil transport routes cutting there source of income they stated tankers were off limits due to civilian drivers.so by doing nothing they indirectly allowed this organize foster and generate revenue to conduct war.However the Saudis and Turkey have the most to gain by fostering isis and setting the stage for the proxy war between mecca and terhan.it disrupts Damascus terhan Shiite supply land route Iraq becoming Shiite controlled is a sore spot for Saudi sunni secretarian stance.

Just to be clear we really have no friends but Israel and Jordan in that region.

Israel has the USA's back but can not take either side because both sides believe The Hebrews should vacate Arab land that they are occupying.

Hezbollah is actively bombing Israel they are Iranian aligned.

Sunnis have aggressively attack Israelis as well Alquedi Taliban and other Sunni extremists are Sunni backed .

Turkey is our Ally and no Arabic decent by Nato accord we have sworn to defend them by article 5 of the nato accord. but it is now proven they are the main buyers of isis oil.

Saudis have Alquedi Arabian pensula operatives working in Saudi Arabia. the ppl who bombed the trade centers .

but on the surface The King renounces their actions ,

however they really do little to stop the sunni groups from operating with in Saudi Arabia.

we have air bases in turkey we give this government millions in economic relief to have these air fields but now turkey is going more independent from nato partners.

The mess worsens as Russia enters the game. It has alliance with England, France, Assad Iraq and Iran to bring civilized society to Syria.and northern Iraq

we have a working relationship for them to fight in Syria and we except Iraq But the Kurds are sworn enemies of turkey our nato partner.

Saudi Arabia and the gulf states including Kuwait are banned together,

turkey is neutral and Pakistan has yet to weigh in one way or the other. vs

Iran, Syria, Russia . to give these problem an extra twist we are supporting Shiites in Afghanistan who have pledged loyalty to the iranians to defeat sunnis in Afghanistan as we fight the Taliban alquedi and isis there.

all while Pakistanian India conflict is starting to become hot in the Kashmere. .

This is a catch 22 four way.

we supply the Kurds to retake Mosul we offend turkey. we fight Sunnis we offend Saudi Arabia we arm anyone of these groups we offend Israeli interests,

this entire mess started when we Backed the Muslim brotherhood and subsequently the Arab spring.

and if we side with Russia we offend Ukraine.

best I can come up with is what ever side France and England are on we should side with them.
