Question

I am in California so who has the best rates. I know Farmers, Allstate and State Farm are the worst. Look how much they pat on advertisement.

I do know this Horace Mann is way the best for auto. Nobody can beat there prices and are a great company if you have a claim. I advise going to their web site and run a quote.

I just can't find the best Home Owners.

You should probably contact an intermediary insurance company that couples your auto, home and if you don't have life. You can save a lot of money this way.

I live in North Jersey, and my guy hooked it up w/ Travelers. Probably varies from state to state but you may want to look into it.

Keep your Home and Auto with the same company to take advantage of "multi-policy discounts". You also want replacement cost coverage so your furnishings are replaced with new property and not depreciated during a settlement.
