Holy shit! I just read the whole article and his story stinks. He turned the guy in on awfully suspicious charges. He's claiming that the book didn't want to pay him his measly $5K. I'm calling bull shit on Depres and betting that he owed the book 5K and couldn't pay him. After some heat or threats from the book, the little box turned the guy in. That sounds more like something this piece of shit would do. Burns people for $ on fake fantasy leagues and turns in a book because he can't afford to pay his debt. somebody kill this fuck

This story is nuts and is great work.
However, I think you linked the wrong guy. In fact, I am almost sure of it. Here is why:
For one, there is a guy with the name listed in the article, from the exact city listed in the article. When I first started making his info public on here his fb photos weren't private and could be viewed by anyone.
In those photos the guy took a self portrait of himself wearing a Covers.com hat and in the caption he said thank you to Rizzo for sending it to him. Last I checked, Rizzo is still his friend on fb as well.
If you look up the guy in the story from that city you will find him.

Oh yeah I almost forgot.
I linked the Despres from that city in Mass. and even linked the photo of him wearing the hat with the caption that included Rizzo's name in it to a thread that I was calling him out in.
Shortly after that the photos were made private and cannot be viewed by non-friends anymore.
One way to find out if he still has them up though is to friend this guy on fb. He has over 2000k so I'm sure he is just adding anyone and everyone.

Fishscale, I dont do much Paypal, but according to you , you can just charge back who ever you want? Dont they have to look into it before they go around reimbursing people and closing accts?
I dont know if Fantasy Football is covered in the fineprint. Just saying.
I started a thread in the box, and im happy to see a thread in GD, trust me, I want KTRAIN to get his $ back too. Just seems like what your saying is too good to be true/too easy. Plus scammers/thiefs would be charging shit back all day.

You have to file a dispute with your credit/debit card company. From there they handle it and paypal freezes the amount in question and tells the seller they have 30 days to provide proof that they sent the item. If the seller has no funds in their paypal account, you're still covered. In this case, the seller would have to provide proof that the fantasy league existed as well as provide emails and documentation from the buyer that they were in agreement with the terms. It's basic consumer rights.
If the buyer paid in cash then he would file a dispute with paypal directly and the same scenario takes place. I filed mine with the credit card company in case paypal tried to deny because most credit card companies offer consumer protection as well.

They probably do, but once they get caught which would probably be like the third time once the credit card companies noticed suspicious activity they'd open an investigation. If they catch you doing that it's credit card fraud and they'll get the police involved.

All of this took place over 30 days ago. I did try and contact Paypal via email and phone call within the 30 day time period but they did nothing for me.
I will try again fishscale but I don't have much hope. Thanks for the help.
