MD's don't know this, they are not trained in pharmacology...at all.

Goose I'm sure you've read or seen the amount of money big pharms spend on "entertaining" medical professionals at "conventions" and other misc events. Hundreds of millions.

Way beyond reason but right down to pharmaceutical sales reps they are gorgeous women. Seen old Dr's looking hypnotized with a stupid grin when she would show up. Obviously not from around had to ask.... she is the pharmaceutical representative. Probably Givin the old chap oral representation of he pushed enough of her product......
