Dispensaries in Vegas?

Heading to Vegas this weekend and I read marijuana is now legal, but dispensaries have not opened, but then I see a few dispensaries listed such as Apothecarum. I'm coming from Missouri and do NOT have a medical marijuana card. 

Is there any way for out of towners to access these dispensaries now or do you have to have a card?

Smoke is readily available from any valet on the strip, downtown, or at any off-the-strip Hotel & Casino's

if you're looking for weed in LV and can't find any; that's on you, and your lameness...it's virtually...everywhere, and very easy to find (just ask)...have fun this weekend
