the police chief admitted they were wrong . . . after the video came out (no video, no admission). but it's not the police chief that matters. it's the the police officers on the scene.

Not going to keep revisiting the "Scalabrine Effect" on this, (or even my own personal "mistaken identity" experience with the cops where I was on the ground, service revolver pointed at my head)
Cop pulls you over, or needs to investigate, for whatever reason, just FU##ING comply. Cops are gonna be cops, and criminals will be criminals. Regardless of creed/color/orientation/etc.
