These insurance companies are a b!tch. If they didn't make so much money off of sickness, the cures would be released. With technology and what not the way it is, nobody can convince me there aren't cures for AIDS, cancer, etc..

However, there's no money in keeping alive so......

C'mon.....

The guy smoked 50 cigarettes a day his whole life until he had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery in 2004. Eventually that sh!t is gonna catch up with you, even if you're Ziggy Stardust from Mars....

Bowie was cool - good music.

I had good seats for a concert in 1987 and just as he was making his grand entrance (repelling down a rope to stage), the security noticed my friend was obnoxiously drunk and passing out. He was escorted to the medics, and we followed him to the hospital. We spent the night there.

I should have stayed at the concert while he sobered up.

Okay I just caught the latest David Bowie video on Palladia.... all I can say is wow... epic. He knows he is dying and he sings about dying and a brief recall of his life. I got chills listening... so creative even hopped on drugs and dying.
