I'd say a guy like Landry would survive, he was a strategist and thinker, was ahead of the rest and that now is what makes for successful coaches, being in front of all others with your strategy and approach.

Lombardi used to lecture for 8 hours about one play. I think he'd be cerebral enough these days when you look at the idiots on the sidelines who don't even know when to call a timeout.

A great coach adapts to the era, and the players around him...Belichek was a defensive guru early on, now hes considered an offensive guru...what happened? Tom Brady....Put Belichek on the Browns or Giants this season, he would struggle to get to 2 wins with either team...does that mean suddenly hes a bad coach?
Lombardi likely would have evolved as well...if he truly was as great as people claim he was, then he would be a top coach regardless of era.

After watching many coaches fawk up clock management and make serious mistakes , I tend to think that Lombardi would last but he'd have to work harder n longer.
