We have reviewed your claim including the pictures of the Steinway Piano Model M Grand Piano that had been filed in October 2016. As per Mr. Umbreit the piano had been purchased brand new in 1952. As per the serial #251695, this Steinway Piano was made in 1927. In addition, the legs to this piano could not be found. Unfortunately, we were unable to find the correct Piano in the warehouse.

The moving Co delivered a 1927 piano that was similar but not a match. They LOST our piano which was purchased in 1952.
They make Steinways entirely by hand and they go up in value like wine. Luckily my insurance Co covers the loss which is about 67,000 dollars. All I asked her to do was write a letter to USAA stating that the piano was lost. Instead I get this blathering nonsense...
