What are the odds of an appeal resulting in a mistrial declared?

What are the odds that Maxine and Joe DELIBERATLEY attempted to create a mistrial??? To start it ALL OVER again???

Are they so stupid that they would jeopardize the outcome of this trial? Or are they so evil they want more misery to further their power appetite???

1. No change of venue

2. 27 million awarded by city during jury selection.

3. Jury not sequestered.

4. Large protests during trial

5. Attempted intimidation of witness by splattering blood and pig head on home.

6. Maxine Walters calling for more, saying publicly it was 1st degree murder.

7. President of the United States says before jury decided; "I’m praying the verdict is the right verdict, which is -- I think it’s overwhelming, in my view," Biden told reporters in the Oval Office. "I wouldn’t say that unless the -- the jury was sequestered now and not hearing me say that."

Doesn't matter Joe, and you know that as an attorney yourself. Those words can get back to them.

I would say -500 for YES, there will be a mistrial declared upon appeal. And I believe it was intentional.

The judge was obviously instructed NOT to declare a mistrial, let it happen in the appeal process. 

I think he's guilty, right verdict. Unfair trial no doubt. Maxine and Joe were "cherry of top" to make sure this doesn't go away.

Chauvin isnt the victim,  he's a convicted murderer...He put himself here ..

I'd say any appeal will be a waste of time..

and now theres stuff coming out that chauvin kneeled on a 16 y/o blacks neck for 17 minutes in 2017 during a arrest and there were no charges or anything from that until now and its also coming out the 16 y/o wasnt resisting.in my opinion Chauvin is a real bad dude who should spend the rest of his miserable life in prison

Don't get me wrong Double, not painting that azz as a victim.

Point is our elected govt. officials almost deliberately allowing a mistrial just to keep this crap going.

Now a juror has lied about attending rallys, he will get his mistrial and this will start all over again.

Too late bud ..All bets have been paid or graded as a loss 

Even if that happens , he'll get convicted again bc he is a murderer ...

Nothing would shock me when it comes to our justice system ...Jury trials are sketchy at best ....OJ should be rotting away for double premeditated murder...
