Can no longer get western union withdrawals from book

My book w ont let me withdraw money via western union anymore. They say use bitcoin.what is bitcoin???

This has become more common with offshore books.  Apparently WU & MG allow outgoing deposit money from the USA but have a problem allowing incoming withdrawal money to the USA. 

Like it or not the offshores will drag us into the 2020’s using Bitcoin.
