It takes a lot of different groups of people to create a war on drugs
and then to write blank check and go on a spendaholic spending spree on the time, money and resources for the police, DEA, courts, judges, prisons etc.
It is always interesting how certain groups of people believe in fiscal responsibility and sensibility and there are other groups of people that will create a war on drugs and try to burn as much money, time and resource on the tax payer's dime as possible
