This is a very interesting story. Happily married for 40 years, and then he strangulate his wife due to a nightmare.

I think it was the correct decision. I doubt he would have be allowed to walk free in USA, but i do not know. An unusual case in all circumstances.

You have to feel sorry for the man...imagine waking up and see your loved one dead.
