Bovada payout question

Hey guys, I use Bovada a lot, I rarely cash out (in fact I never have, I just spend my funds on other bets) but if I ever do, I recently moved unfortunately to Washington for work which is an illegal gambling state, so if I wanted to cash out, would I not be able to because of my address? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
