unusual picks for beers. also never heard of any of them. checked the local packy and found two of the beers from the same distributor. not impressed by them at all.

I haven't heard of any of those either. I'm not a beer snob, but I do like to drink certain beers with certain food or at certain events. For spicy food, I like Hazy Little Thing from Sierra Nevada Brewing. For Mexican food, I like Dos XX. Icehouse is my go to beer for grilling, BBQ, tailgating, hanging out, whatever. I always drink Sam Adams when we're in New England. And I always get a Guiness if we go to the local Irish pub. I'm not a fan of drinking beer with Asian or Italian or Greek food, unless it's pizza. And if we go to a taproom or local brewery, I'll usually try something I haven't had before. I can honestly say I've never had a horrible experience doing that. The one beer I hate with a passion is Yuengling - it tastes terrible to me.

@bluecompass
yuengling is the absolute worst. and its not just the taste. which is wtf did i just drink. but from time to time you will find some floaties in the bottle. they should've been shut down a long time ago.

@maxwagers781
Worst beers I've ever had was Steam Whistle, a microbrew from Toronto whilst I was there, maybe was just a bad pint but one sip and no more
2nd was Efes Pilsner from Turkey .Worked a gig these guys sponsored in London and most of the bottles were coming back full during the night
real soapy water taste to it, again maybe it was just a bad batch but haven't tried it since

should've thought of a different title for this and named it worst beers. we've had some bad experiences with some nasty beers at least once.
