I despise tweakers, but have had degenerate gambler meltdowns on more than one occasion.

What the phuck is a tweaker?  

I had to google it too, .  

I guess there's not enough white trash in this area for me to know what this means.

I'm going to go with LES on this one and say that there is a great difference, at least from what I see on documentaries.

I'm dead serious.  I never heard of it.

Meth isn't big around here.  We have more of a heroin epidemic in Newark, Jersey City and Paterson.  We don't have too much white trash here; we have a lot worse, hahaha.

Swish is from across the pond so he has a better excuse.

young degenerates get really excited about a game and a wager. They'll speed talk like tweakers for a few years until they settle into the tempo and monotony of losing.
