WARNING: DO NOT USE ISA GAMING!!

I saw the link on Covers to ISA Gaming for a 100% match up to $1000 so I thought I’d give it shot. Turns out what was to come was the worst experience of my gambling career. So the terms were that you had to place 20x the amount of the bonus including the deposit. So for me, that was $20,000usd. As of today I had placed $18,000usd in bets and was carrying a balance of +$7500. On Sat I placed 3 substantial bets that were all returned because they claimed the odds were wrong and that it was their fault. Their response: “mistakes happen”. As you can imagine I was pissed off and had some choice words for them. Anyways, I log onto my account today and there is $1000 and the following message: All you have done is complain since joining the site and all your bets have been returned and we do not wish to take further action from you. All I did was complain about the deficiencies (more than 1) in their site that cost me thousands of dollars. I don’t think swearing is just cause to banish a client from your site.

At this point I don’t think there is much I can do to retrieve my money because their terms state they have the autonomy to cancel a bonus for any reason at anytime. Regardless, I’m very confident they would’ve taken my action had I been losing money on their site. 

To top it off, they don’t have a phone number and refused to contact me by phone. Stay away from this site at all costs. Bunch of sleeze bags running a scam, hiding out South America.

Wow incredible man I had th3 same experience with 1/4 of what U did $250 probably a year and a half ago now!!

I deposited after seeing the bonus on covers as well bunch of scammers. I don’t remember exactly but I know the bonus matched my money but then wouldn’t let me bet at all even with my regular money unless the odd was over 1.9 I believe was so stupid. I’ll look in a minute when I get home I also posted don covers forums about them I feel ur pain man I was so pissed

cant seem to find the thread anymore.. long story short is i  cancelled this bonus and they took claimed the winning bets i made were made with the bonus voided those ending me with no money after only losing like $120 out of my $250 was a JOKE

Wow that's fucking bullshit man. If be fuming...They just trying to get out a paying you out the 7500 you were almost there too . What can U do tho?

You should dispute the initial deposit with your bank or credit card company.

Ya man, I read the conditions and was totally cool with it.  I gave them beef over not honouring winning bets and then they shut me down.  I'd just like input on what actions are available to me, if any. This post is meant to be a warning to others that see the link to ISA on covers, DO NOT fall for the scam that I did.

I'll like to offer some non-bias perspective having worked in gaming, customer support, and as a regular online bettor for a quite some time.

1. Books do reserve the right to cancel bets placed on incorrect lines/odds. You didn't elaborate much on what these bets were in terms of 'wrong odds', but I'll just give an example of where the book would be in the right to cancel bets. Say Golden State Warriors are playing at home vs. the Atlanta Hawks and the line was +14 Golden State instead of -14 and you happened to get a bet in on that erroneous line that would be a situation where cancelling your bet should be and is allowable. If you care to comment on the exact 'wrong odds' you got bets in on I'll offer my perspective.

2. Employee abuse should always be zero tolerance and if you did indeed verbally abuse them they have grounds to cancel your account. Period.

3. They should pay you out your full balance of $7,500 if that was indeed your balance prior to those cancelled bets on the wrong odds and any bonus which wasn't met. Refunding you only your original $1,000 doesn't make much sense to me since it has nothing to do with the bonus or the bets you won/lost prior to the customer support abuse; then again I don't know if this includes the 'wrong odds' bets and/or bonus.

So, how do you suggest I get my money back. Is there any legitimate source where I can file a complaint?

You haven't explained what money is yours per my comments above, so hard for me to suggest a recourse until I understand fully. At the moment all that is certain is that your original deposit is available for withdrawal.

A reminder as to why it don’t do offshore.  Ugh.
