Tony from 5Dimes just closed my account.

So long story short is I won about 400 bucks live betting this morning then my account was close. Tony told me he reviewed my wagers and he said he's going to to honor them. but he found them suspicious so he was gonna close my account because he didn't like me. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? Do I have any hope of getting my winnings and money in my account back from this "Tony"

$ 400 dollars is not a lot of money. I could see them closing your account if you were winning a lot and regularly. But, the more customers they have, the better. The large majority of gamblers lose money.
