Send: Many options. High limits. Money goes through immediately.

Withdrawal: Fewer options. Low limits. Money goes through a lot slower

Why ? Which book is best for payouts ?

Heritage can take it off of my debit card in a heartbeat, but the option to put it back on same card doesn't exist.

I can send over a thousand through moneygram, there limit to send it. back to me is $290 and it has to be in another name.And it takes longer.
