Sportsbook.ag not paying - giving me runaround

I've been using sportsbook.ag for well over a decade.  win some, lose some...never had any issues with it.  My withdrawals are typically anywhere between 500-1500 as are my deposits.  Recently (April 24th) I withdrew $2,200.  On May 2nd I withdrew another $540 which I received a week ago with no issues.  The $2,200 however has been a massive ordeal.  The customer service at Sportsbook continues to give me the runaround that the check is processing.  What's worse is that there has been a tracking number for DHL services since May 10th....contacted DHL and even on their site it says the shipment was never sent by Sportsbook.  Sportsbook agrees that their "processor" never sent the check yet.  My withdrawal status, however, says "sent" for this payment.  I think it's pretty clear at this point that I should not expect to receive these funds any time soon if ever.  Has anyone else ran into a similar issue.  What do i do other than continue to email Sportsbook?

I'm having same issue with these guys they keep changing their check processing timing, every reply they add more time, unfortunately I keep their replies and call them out. I thought they were good but now I'm sick of this
