5dimes. Get circle and deposit with bitcoin and they allow you to withdraw the same way! Ive had the coin reach my wallet in 36 hrs. Not the "fanciest" by any means but definitely my easiest withdraw and the lines are usually one of the best.

download circle, add funds to circle (debit/credit card), send funds to book. 5dimes is actually one of the slower processing, they usually fund the account within 30 mins. A couple of the others ive used have been pretty much instantaneous. Payouts can take a calendar week but ive cashed out monday AM and been made right by weds PM so it just kinda depends.
