I would think it depends on what you are looking for, and also location.  There is a good site that has detailed reviews, and I think they even conduct inspections/reviews of their own.  Sportsbookreviews or something like that.

I was debating, and ended up signing up with Pinnacle, and am happy, but it doesn't appear they are offering many props/futures.  It all depends what you want.
