i have been bettin at a local spot for 4+ years now but im looking to start betting online for convinience. Whats the best book to use? also how do withdrawls work? do you have to enter tax information? any advice is appreciated. thanks.

Use the sports books that will be open in New York in 2019, or travel to Jersey and bet there. Don't screw around with off-shore if you don't have to.
