Is it true that 5dimes really isn't paying out right now guys?

Turned 70 into 1132 this week and want to cash out on mon but I've heard 5dimes has been really tough to cash in on of late. I've never had issues with them before but I may need a new book. I also use a local as well but he doesn't do TT's and those are my primary bets usually

Got a payout this week...Bitcoin....1-2 days tops.  No problems at all...~1,000$

i just recieved a btc payout from them for 700..lol and i recieved 703.

Got a DCFA from them last month; processed on a Mon and got it on a thurs

i have been with them for about 18 years and I have to say the past year or so has been tougher to get money out. They keep saying my verification emails are not being received or they cancel my request for one reason or another.

 

I also had built up a pretty good balance and requested bitcoin withdrawal and they literally took days to approve the request just waiting for me to lose and once it got to the approval time, they actually denied the request.

 

 I got tired of it all and just started doing Heritage and get paid on their cash out within hours via Bitcoin. Never going back to 5dimes.

i just did a btc payout about 2 hrs ago.

at heritage or 5dimes?

i have both also,but this morning i request my first btc payout from 5dimes.
