Woke up this morning to log into my heritage account and it doesnt exist now.  

hope people steer clear of them.  must be in the works with SBR to keep that A+ rating.  

I have a strong feeling there's more to this story. Keep trying and resist the urge to "badmouth".

Yeah Heritage can't handle the truth,  they will ban you for disagreeing with them and proving them wrong.  They are fine when you give them money all the time but be a parlay winner for some change and they will ban you!  They are use to having their behind kissed, like sbr does for them!

Been doing this a long time. Your money is safe with Heritage. Do not love the lack of live wagering options. Do not like the low Moneygram payout limits. But you will ABSOLUTELY get paid in a timely manner.

I'm always polite and courteous with these guys. It can really go a long way.  I've received extra money, bonuses, and free payouts with being a nice guy even when I'm losing.  

I'd say 80% of the people are person to these people and they respond kindly when you do the same.     People should remember that we're at the mercy of these off shore books.  They don't need our individual business and can close our accounts at their discretion.    I would advise anyone to get your own Account rep and try to deal with that person.   These guys have more leeway to fix problems and offer you bonuses.
