Heritage Limited Me After One Bet

I tried to make a 10k book to book transfer there
It went through on 5dimes, but then heritage rejected it and sent it back. They rejected cause it was a new account with only 1 deposit (bs)

Prior to the rejection of the transfer, I had only made 1 losing bet of $500 in a new account

The same day I was limited was the day the transfer was rejected


My Limits were cut in half


The only way this makes sense is if 5Dimes leaked info to heritage during the attempted b2b transfer that I was a winning player

Ever heard of this?

The banned me after i called their customer service incompetent box

They don't care about customer concerns at all and do things their way regardless of loss of business

i like Heritage.
