GTBETS steals $6847 from my account

So I deposit $250ish take a bonus 100% cash and go on a hot run and they use this bullshit rule stating I was betting too much per game or some shit to justify stealing almost 7k from me. Essentially if the wagers lost they would never reimburse me my losses but since the majority won they confiscated a shit ton and freerolled me. If there system accepts the wager they have to honor it no? There were no steam plays or bad lines or anyhing non recreational just a straight up con job using any bogus rule they can to steal.  Here's the email they sent me.

Also can someone tell me who to contact for a matter like this to help me on sbr? I am banned from sbr so would need maybe someone on sbr's email...

If someone could post my story on the sportsbook and industry forum so they get negative press for this bullshit that would be great. Maybe it will make them do the right thing and honor the wagers their system accepted. Clear freeroll.

Is it not the sportsbooks responsibility to place limits on my sports wagers in their system if they want to have a rule that states you can only bet a certain ammount per game when you haven't met rollover? Surely they would have been fine with what I was doing as long as I lost nothing would have been mentioned.... Someone please post this on sbr and help me out thanks.

This is what they wrote to me via email

Dear Customer,

We have recalculated your balance and removed $6847 due to the following wagering rule: players that have received a 50% bonus or higher, and sill have unfullfilled wagering requirement that is associated with said bonus, are prohibited from placing wagers where, if at the time of placing the wager, the Risk ammount is greater han 50% of the value of that deposit that is associated with that unfullfilled bonus wagering requirement. In cases where this rule is violated, wagers will be cancelled, winnings will be voided, and acccounts may be permanently closed based on managements discrection..

So their system accepts the bets and it's the customers fault when those bets win after your system accepts it? But if I place wagers like that and I lose money then we'll pretend that rule doesn't exist and we're fine because we won... blatant freeroll. If anyone here can help me that would be great.

Why’d you get banned on SBR?

For saying some not so nice things to people one day when I was very drunk... never thought that would get me perma banned.

Well they banned my account for a dumb reason.  Not too sure they are still doing it now but if you log in daily, you earn 5 points.  I would take this 5 points n do a daily 10 team parlay. If you play it free for a long enough time, you would hit it one day.  I happened to got lucky n won it all.  Payout was 1000 points something like that.  They finally figured out what I was doing n banned me.  It is their program and I played it fair and square and got banned once won.  

That was years ago and I never came back.  Taking about a review site if given me a chance to rate them I'll give it a big F+ for being fantastic.
