First deposit at 5dimes using moneygram what will they ask for if i withdraw?

I was told as lobg as i deposit using MG and not a credit or debit card they wobt ask for anything if i wd. Is this true? If they want a copy of my ID and a current utility bill the addresses will not match.

Won't need ID if it's cash withdrawal
