Hi I am a very upset customer.  I am about to post this everywhere if I don’t get the money that I had the  $4250 back in my account.  This shows what a scam and bullshit company that is ran here.  I am sorry to be offensive but what if you were a customer and were robbed money = unfair.

Betonline just contacted me about what happened with the whole situation with the bet that I placed on the live wager.  We both just resolved the situation.  They clearly like there customers and do whatever it takes to please there customers.  I will continue to use Betonline from how wonderful their customer service is and how customer friendly they are.

I am having a similar problem. This was a live wager. I posted a wager for $1000 at -1000 odds

When I posted the wager it was Handicap in Game 5 DANILA ANDREEV +3.5. I had "accept no change" on. And yet after I agreed to it at +3.5, when I checked the wager, it posted at +2.5. The final score of that game was 8-11. Therefore I SHOULD HAVE won the wager. 
Betonline owes me $1100. Their only reply is "it's a live wager there's nothing we can do, odds change all the time." If there was to be any change in the odds, much less the handicap line, it was to kick the wager back. But it didn't! I am not happy!
