Its pretty much similar to what the radio host of cbs radio Don Imus called the womens rutgers basketball team nappy headed hoes. Don Imus was fired by CBS radio by the way. 

I'm no Imus fan. But, CBS just wanted to get rid of Imus' contract. Companies use controversial incidents to get out of contracts all of the time. I guarantee if Imus was doing better ratings, CBS would have just suspended him.
