Bovada deposit issue?

Hey I know this is a little off topic but I wanted to know if any of you experienced this before?

I had a banking issue with a deposit and want to know if anyone else experienced this? I attempted to deposit $40 onto my account (a charge of ($41.96), and it came up with an error. So I resubmitted it, and I don't know if I double clicked it or what, but it went through the 2nd time, and I had $40 on my account.

However, when I checked my bank account, I was CHARGED 2 times (41.96). Whenever I call bovada they just tell me "One is a pending transaction, and the other went through. Your bank should return your pending pre-authorized transaction in 7-10 business days"

but on my bank account, the transaction doesn't show up as pending, it shows that is went through fully. Anyone else have this issue before and will I be returned/refunded the $40.96 ? Thanks.

hmmm.... I have been double deposited before, it sucked but it happens.

For what it's worth the one thing I can add to this is I have received payouts every time I requested and even though I hold my breath every time, it comes through. Have yet to cash more than $500 at a time though...

What did you do when you were double charged?

I just filed a credit card dispute with my bank for the 2nd charge, but I'm hoping that I will not get Bovada into legal trouble

I did not tell them it was for betting though, I said "an online purchase" :P

This is way after the thread was started but may help someone else. I have been double charged by bovada multiple times. Usually when first attempt fails for some reason but not always.  Sometimes it just double charges. In any case I have had to email them bank statement showing the charge went through twice. Then it was refunded to my bank account. It&#x27;s a pain but at least I got it back.
