BOOKMAKER.EU ROBBED ME BLIND OF 7k

So they left a table tennis match listed below open for betting (not live) at the original odds until 14:30pm eastern time. That was the original start time of the match however the match started at 14:05pm. I am a degen and starting placing bets on the guy in that match who was getting demolished but had no idea because it wasn’t until I went to bet365 for the live play by play right after I made the bets at about 14:27pm, thinking it was about to start, that I realized the match was already over! So essentially they I bet after the conclusion of the match on a guy who lost the match. 

I’ve went them proof if started at 14:05pm eastern (I even initiated the chat with them right when I saw this happen) and they say their decision is final and they won’t void the bet. 

I submitted a complaint in this site but what else can I do? This is insane. How in the world is that not a voided bet? It’s not my responsibility to place a bet and check live play by play if it started already. 

Disgusting.

This shows time of 18:00 which is the gmt time equivalent of 11:00am pacific or 14:00 eastern.

sorry for the typos. I sent them proof it started early and even asked bodog and bet365 to confirm and they did. What the hell do I do? I’m sure if I was on the other side they would be voiding the bet. It’s too much money to just let this go. 

Oh and of course the bets I made were on the original line only. Not a live bet or anything like  that. So I took the favourite at -170 meanwhile he had already lost the match when I had made those bets!!!

Their system thought the game was starting at 14:30 eastern so that’s why the original line stayed open for betting after the match concluded around 14:27. It’s not my job to check that a bet I’m placing has not yet been completed yet. That’s insane. Their own error allowed me bet on a guy who had already lost. Without me even knowing it nor being able to unless I was tracking it on bet365. How can they not void that??

I’ve been with them for years. A VIP client. I am shocked they did this. Just spread the word. And to respond to a post above. No it’s not my responsibility to check when a table tennis game in Russia starts. These are small time games. It’s not like I made a bet on a game on tv or that you can track online. 

stay away from them. 

They've been too good for me over the years so I won't be going anywhere until they shut the doors but I here ya. I think they'll feeling the pinch and every hustler gets antsy when they start feeling the pinch. I'm gonna quote from of my favorite Eddie Murphy comedies, Harlem Nights, "If you're gonna be in this business, you have to realize that everyone's a criminal. And how you gonna trust a criminal?" It is your damn responsibility to check the details of any transaction/exchange that you make. Maybe don't willy nilly drop 7k on obscure ass games/matches that are difficult to nearly impossible to track. Don't be the guy dumb enough to buy a caravan that's got no fuckin' wheels just to ask for your money back.

I hear you. I don’t need advice on the gambling I’m doing. All their results had no issues until this one. So I didn’t even think I was taking a risk. I’ve had no issues with them either until this event. And there’s nothing I can do about it is there? I already sent a complaint on sbr forum but let’s be honest what’s that gonna do. Bookmaker said their decision is final and nothing will change it. 

I also bet tons on the table tennis which is now a huge market for them and had no issues at all. This was an anomaly 

I think if not for everything going on you may of had an outside shot, extremely outside, but with everything going on I think they are showing no love.

All racquet sports starting times are subject to change with the exception of the first matches due up on court in the morning session, along with the primetime evening session main court(s).

Any experienced racquet sports better is aware of that...now you are too.

I got an email saying they made it no action. Maybe SBR complain got involved - but in the end they did the right thing I’d delete this now but not sure how. 

Oh bother

Bovada Has been running fraudulent madden simulations for the past six weeks. They said the game was played in or madden mode but that was a complete lie in the game was actually played out in rookie mode for six weeks I brought this to Bovada attention and they immediately closed my account and stoled  over $3800! Only thing you can do is call the bank and explain that the charges were fraudulent charges and they will immediately credit your money back.

You do not get any of your winnings ! only the deposit that you made to bovada. Stay away from BOVADA
