Aloha everyone. I need help with deposit and withdraw using Bitcoin. Never done it before. Any step by step help is greatly appreciated. I use bookmaker and heritage. You don't want direct contact from an exchange to a book. Exchanges like Coinbase are trying to be legit with the SEC, so they don't want to be sending and receiving BTC directly from an offshore book. So you need to set up a wallet outside of the exchange. Something like Blockchain wallet will work just fine. So here's the steps...
1. Buy BTC on an exchange.
2. Set up a Blockchain wallet and transfer BTC from the exchange to the blockchain wallet.
3. Transfer the BTC from the blockchain wallet to the book.
4. When you want to get a payout, reverse the steps.
You can transfer BTC and have it in your Bookmaker account in a matter of minutes. Payouts are almost as fast. Not sure if Coinbase will take customers from HI, but other exchanges might.

Thanks so much for taking the time for helping out but coinbase says This state is not supported at this time. And yes God is great all the time beer is good and We crazy people are still forgiven and loved, understand the steps you explained and mahalo again, anyone can suggest a wallet that supports HI.
