Their so sad betting on bet365, i am new member deposit $29 and apply to offer 100% new member. i have reach turnover for bonus and i win arround $300. i have sent my document for kyc process. And now my account was banned, without any confirmation whats is the metter. Customer service dont give any reason what is going on. it has already a 2 week after i sent my document for verification.

Think you have reached your time limit on whether or not you should care about your $29. 

Tip: Don't take bonuses, makes it easy for THEM to f*ck you. It's already easy enough

Tip: Wait til you have more than $29 to bet with. I'm no high roller, but if $29 bucks has you pissed for weeks this isn't the game for you.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that if you live in the US then Bet365 won't pay you out.  Like almost every sportsbook, they will gladly take your deposit but if you provide docs that prove you to be an American resident then you are SOL. Next time you deposit be sure that the bookie accepts US players.
If you aren't an American resident then I don't know what to tell you.

ehy, Bet365 has a far too good reputation to "steal your money".. don't think they will risk it for your 29 or 300 dollars. no offenses

 Happened to me too.. It was all good untill I wanted to make my first withdrawal.. They refuse to give me my 300e..
