5dimes "Live Betting Ultra" issues on mac

Has anyone been able to access "live betting ultra" using a mac with OS X El Capitan? It lets me in the room and shows all the bets but when I choose a bet it won let me fill a bet slip and submit it. I tried using several browsers.. Safari, Firefox, and Chrome with the same result. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Java and Flash and still nothing. These were the suggestions from live support. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Not sure what else to do. Thanks

Just to be a little clearer, when I enter "live betting ultra" It loads and then shows different sports to choose from. Then once I choose a sport it shows all the games and all the different odds. Then once I choose a bet, in the top right corner where it says "bet slips 0", it will then show "bet slip 1" however it will not let me click on it. There is no where to fill out a bet slip.

This may seem very simple, but just by chance, check if you zoom out on your browser's page if it shows up. This was my problem using Chrome, I could see when I clicked a play to make a wager on I would see the whole list of wagers "try" and shift over to the left like they were making room for something on the right and I just kept getting frustrated not seeing the bet slip. Finally it dawned on me, maybe I wasn't seeing the entire page. Sure enough when I zoomed out to I think 80%, I could see the bet slip and make my wagers on the Ultra page. Thought I might try and help even if you have moved on.
