I am assuming you mean compliance from Coinbase or Circle? If that is the case you have an issue, and there is a good chance they will shut down your account. You need to establish a wallet with a site such as Blockchain to receive the BTC from your book, and then send the BTC to Coinbase or Circle. They will not take BTC coming from offshore books or from sources they deem illegal.

When dealing with sportsbooks you should always have blockchain and circle.
Setup both. Link bank account to circle.
To deposit into sportsbook:
Buy bitcoin with circle --> transfer to blockcahin --> transfer to book
To take money out of sportsbook:
book transfers to blockchain ---> you transfer to circle ---> then transfer to bank account
Circle may ask where funds came from or where you sent them and the answer will be your own wallet. If they ask why just say you were trying to see if you can make profits on them like the stock market

blockchain ive withdrawn 20K before just did a couple different addresses. just make sure you do NOT go through circle cause that will send red flags, especially if you are new to circle.
and if circle asks just say you bought some a while ago and made a nice profit.
