Who to start at QB

I currently have Cam Newton at my QB but he's been inconsistent and faces a tough team on the road this week. His past few matchups with Seattle hasn't been in his favor stats wise. Would you start Cam or use a QB with a better matchup like Fitzpatrick, Alex Smith, or Matt Barkley?
